Savings can be negative. If AI replacement costs more than your current tool for a given scenario, the report says so. We'd rather show an unflattering number than lose your trust.

Your data stays local. Every calculation runs client-side in your browser. We don't store, transmit, or see your expense data. Nothing is sent to a server.

I've sold SaaS, bought it, and seen every line item in between.

Three decades and over a hundred companies taught me something most people miss: what you pay for software and what it actually costs you are never the same number. StackCut makes that gap visible.

FAQ

Before you start

No signup. Your spend data never touches our servers.

How accurate are the savings estimates?

Defaults are sourced from published benchmarks (Intercom, Ardent Partners, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and others). You control the automation percentage, setup costs, and hourly rates. The loaded rate defaults to $50/hr based on BLS compensation data.

What if I don't use QuickBooks?

You can paste any tab-separated or comma-separated expense data. If your accounting software exports to Excel or CSV, it'll work. We auto-detect column mappings.

What does it cost?

During the invite-only beta, estimates are free. After launch, reports will be a one-time purchase. Saved projects, ongoing tracking, and deeper analysis will be available on a paid plan.

What AI replacements do you recommend?

We don't sell AI tools or take referral fees. We analyze 13 SaaS-to-AI scenarios and show you the financial case. Which vendors you pick is your call.

How long does it take?

Most of the time is reviewing the data and adjusting sliders. The parsing and matching is instant.

Where's your 34%?

Ten minutes from paste to PDF. A sourced business case you can forward without flinching.
