How to reach StackCut
Email is the inbox we monitor. There is no sales team, no partnership form, and no phone tree. If your question is about a report you already ran, start there.
Write to hello@stackcut.net. Shawn Yeager reads it. Typical replies take one or two business days. Use that address for:
- A full-report purchase that did not unlock, or a 7-day refund
- A question about a sourced default, a citation, or the model
- A press or research question about the SaaS tier-cliff study
Do not send expense files or QuickBooks exports. The product is built so that spend data never leaves your browser. If you attach a spreadsheet, we will delete it and ask you to run the calculator locally instead.
What we will not do
StackCut is a calculator, not a marketplace. We do not sell AI tools, take referral fees, or book vendor demos. If you are pitching an AI product, this is the wrong inbox.
We also do not offer an API, MCP server, or bulk analysis endpoint. The public surfaces for agents are this site, /llms.txt, and /pricing.md. Send a human to /savings-report with their own export.
Legal entity
StackCut is a product of Upshift LLC, based in Nashville, TN. The same entity is the controller named in the privacy policy. Governing law is Tennessee, as stated in the terms of service.
